1. About Daly Driven

Daly Driven provides a public enquiry service for BMW i8 matric-dance bookings, promotional appearances and brand collaborations, together with an owner-operated social-media analytics and content-planning dashboard.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed only by a phone call with Daly Driven. Payment is cash only. Availability, timing, locations, payment details and any special conditions will be explained and agreed on the call.

The advertised matric-dance package is R5,000 for up to two hours with a chauffeur within Cape Town. Additional time, unusual routes or requirements outside the package may be quoted separately.

3. Vehicle use and safety

The chauffeur retains control of the vehicle and route at all times. Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions. Services may be changed or cancelled when weather, road conditions, mechanical issues or safety concerns make the booking impractical.

4. Promotions and collaborations

Promotion and brand-deal submissions are proposals only. Deliverables, content usage rights, exclusivity, payment and publication dates apply only once agreed directly. Any vehicle booking must be confirmed by phone call; payment is cash only and details are explained on the call.

5. Authorised platform use

You may connect only an account that you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for complying with TikTok, Instagram and other applicable platform terms.

6. Data and recommendations

Analytics may be delayed, incomplete or changed by the connected platform. Content recommendations are provided for planning purposes and do not guarantee reach, engagement or follower growth.

7. Availability

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, platform changes or events outside our control. Features may change as the dashboard develops.

8. Ending access

You may stop using Daly Driven or revoke its access through the connected platform at any time. Stored connection data can also be deleted on request.
