1. Information we process
When you connect a social account, Daly Driven may process your account identifier, display name, username, profile image, follower and following counts, total likes, video count and information about your public videos, including views, likes, comments and shares.
When you submit a booking, promotion or brand-deal request, we collect the contact, event, location, budget and brief information you choose to provide.
2. How we use the information
We use this information to show your dashboard, track performance over time and generate content-planning recommendations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Enquiry information is used to assess availability, respond to you and arrange the requested service or collaboration.
3. Authentication information
Daly Driven uses platform access tokens to retrieve authorised data. Tokens are stored securely and are not displayed publicly. We do not receive or store your TikTok or Instagram password.
4. Storage and retention
Account connection details, analytics snapshots and enquiry records are retained only while needed to operate Daly Driven, respond to requests and maintain reasonable business records. Data may be deleted when access is revoked or on request, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
5. Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers required to host and run Daly Driven, or when required by law. Access is not granted to unrelated third parties.
6. Your choices
You may revoke Daly Driven's access in your social-platform settings at any time. You may also request access to or deletion of stored account data.

Cape Run driver profiles
Cape Run saves your chosen nickname, driving statistics, route stamps, discovered game encounters and completed scores. Nicknames and game results appear on the shared leaderboard; use a nickname rather than your real name. You can continue an existing game profile on another device by entering its nickname and confirming it is yours. There is no password or ownership verification: anyone who knows the nickname can use that game profile and add to its statistics. Each device is remembered using a random credential stored in the browser and checked against a server hash. Game photos remain in your browser; story views and comments are simulated. The game API does not expose booking names, phone numbers, email addresses or locations. Basic technical identifiers are used to secure the service and limit abuse.
Connected runs also send active playtime, control type, in-game area, the last game activity before leaving, and limited technical error details (error category, game file and line number). Daly Driven uses this information in a private owner report to understand play patterns and fix problems. It does not collect your real-world location, raw error messages, screenshots, booking details or private driver code in that report. Play-session reports are retained for up to 180 days. Offline sessions and failures before a run connects may not appear. You can request deletion using the contact above.
